• Phone appointments: Call us on weekdays from 10am to 3pm at +420 495 269 768. If you cannot reach us, please try again later or the next day.
• When you call us, please have your planner, pencil and glasses ready. We will ask you for your phone number so we can notify you if anything changes.
• For your appointment, please arrive at the scheduled time and be patient. You may need to wait as there might be some last-minute changes to the schedule. Sometimes, a patient who was booked before you might have some unexpected complications.
• Please tell us immediately if you are unable to have your surgery as scheduled whatever the reason may be, so we can manage the booking of the operating theatre without causing inconvenience since time is costly in the operating theatre.

Please think carefully about the date of your examination in the outpatient clinic and the date of your surgery. Please make sure you can come. Cancellation of appointments and surgeries and searching for alternative appointments is very inconvenient for us, so we will only provide alternative appointments if we can prove medical reasons.
