Botulinum toxin cosmetic injection is one of the most popular procedures in plastic surgery. Our cosmetic clinic uses top brands like Vistabel and DYSPORT.
How does botulotoxin work?
As facial muscles wear out, they cause unwanted wrinkles. Botulinum toxic injections relax the muscles in your face. Wrinkles are smoothed out and reduced. New wrinkles do not form.
How does the procedure work?
A thin needle is used to inject botulinum toxin into facial muscles. The effect wears off after 3 to 6 months following the first treatment. After second treatment the effect usually lasts 6 months. After third treatment the effect usually lasts 9-12 months.
What problems can botox injection help with?
- Wrinkles on your forehead
- Frown lines
- Nose wrinkles that appear on the bridge of your nose
- Eye wrinkles
- Eyebrow lifting
- Drooping mouth corners
Breast reduction, also known as reduction mammaplasty, is a surgical procedure aimed at reducing the size of the breasts and improving their shape. The procedure can have both aesthetic and health benefits. This article will inform you about the following: who is a good candidate for the procedure, what happens during the procedure, what is the recovery like and everything you need to think about when deciding whether this surgery is right for you
We surgically remove skin marks, fibromas, warts and other skin growth all over the body, including your face and cleavage.
The treated site is numbed first. The surgeon removes the growths and stitches back the skin together using intradermal suture. The procedure takes around 20 minutes. A tissue sample is sent to be histologically evaluated, as recommended by your healthcare provider.
A minor scar results from the procedure, which will fade in a few weeks.
We perform removing of lipomas, sebaceous cysts, ganglions and haemangiomas for medical and cosmetic reasons. The treated site is numbed first. The surgeon removes the growths and stitches back the skin together using intradermal suture. The procedure takes around 20 minutes. A tissue sample is sent to be histologically evaluated.
Earlobe surgery may be necessary when your earlobe gets elongated or when the earlobe hole needs repairing. This can be caused by things such as wearing heavy earring, earrings getting caught and pulled doing sports or snagging clothing, wearing ear tunnels.
When the earlobe is torn, it is stitched back together. The earlobe might also need a more complex repair. The earlobe holes might be just closed, or their size might be reduced.
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia. The earlobe itself is anesthetized by a numbing injection. Bot ears can be treated at the same visit. The procedure takes around 20 to 40 minutes. You can have a shower on the second day following the surgery. Stiches are taken out in 2 weeks.
Ingrown nails most commonly occur with the toenails, usually affecting the big toe. If the symptoms do not go away, a minor surgery will fix it. Your toe will be numbed with an anaesthetic and a part of your toenail will be removed along with excess tissue that surround the wound. This is known as hypergranulation tissue.
The procedure takes around 15-20 minutes. You will need to take some rest for one day after the surgery. On the second day you can go back to your normal routine.
Mini abdominoplasty is a small surgery that focuses on flattening and tightening the skin below the belly button or in the upper abdominal area.
When is it OK to have a mini abdominoplasty?
- Loose skin after multiple pregnancies
- Significant weight loss with excess skin
What happens during the procedure?
It is done under general anaesthesia. There are two areas where an incision is made: a small one across the lower abdomen, or in the crease under your breast.
What happens during the recovery?
Your downtime and time off work should last around 1 week. Avoiding strenuous activity for 2 months is recommended. You will have to wear specially designed elastic and firming undergarments even at night. You should also follow your healthcare provider’s advice and instructions on proper healing and treatment to get the best result.
Minimally invasive thread lifting is a procedure that is done in the office. It only requires local anaesthesia. It has an immediate effect on the skin, making it look younger, lifting it and tightening it. Specially designed threads are inserted under the skin to tighten and lift the soft tissue

Mini liposuction is a procedure to remove excess fat from small areas of the body. It is a minimally invasive procedure that leaves no visible scarring and allows for a quick recovery. The problem that is best treated with mini liposuction is a double chin. The procedure results in a beautifully contoured chin, lower jaw and a thin neck.
What happens during the procedure?
Mini liposuction is done under local anaesthesia (a solution of anaesthetics and adrenaline) in an outpatient setting. A very thin tube is used to remove excess fat
Eyelid skin is very fine. It gets tired with all our facial movements. With age, it becomes saggy as excess skin collect in your eyelids
Upper eyelid surgery
Blepharoplasty is a very common surgical procedure in both males and females. It is mostly a cosmetic procedure, but it may also improve eyelid function significantly. Excess skin and fat removal results in eyelids moving more freely and puts less load on muscles around your eyes.
Lower eyelid surgery
Sagging skin below your eyelids often causes bags under your eyes, look of which may not be to your liking. The skin becomes less firm and bags of fat tissue form under your skin. During the procedure, excess fat and skin is removed by the surgeon
What happens during eyelid surgery?
Corrective dermatology: lip fillers, face fillers
Dermal filler can be used to fill the lips and to contour your facial features (known as contour sculpting). Some missing volume can be added to your sagging skin due to gravity, resulting in firming up your contours.
You will see the effects of the procedure right away.
What areas can be treated? What problems can be addressed by dermal fillers?
- Deep wrinkles and lines, especially nasolabial folds, wrinkles around the eyes and on the forehead
- Lips – adding volume, better contouring

- Correcting a receding chin
Hyaluronic acid fills individual wrinkles in a natural way. It replenishes the volume and uneven areas of the skin and stimulates the production of body’s own collagen. It is a non-invasive procedure where you don't have to worry about changing your facial expression. The filler effect is immediate and lasts approximately 6-12 months.
What problems can be addressed with the application of hyaluronic acid?
- Filling all types of wrinkles (common, fine, deep)
- Smoothing of wrinkles around the eyes, forehead lines and nasolabial folds (depression between the nose and lips)
- Removing circles under the eyes
- Getting rid of drooping mouth corners
- Lip augmentation
- Hydration and revitalization of face contours, skin below neck and above breast(decollete)and backs of the hands
How is the procedure performed?
Hyaluronic acid is injected into the skin using very thin needles. Hyaluronic acid is injected into the top, middle or deep layer of the skin. In most cases, the procedure is very well tolerated and does not require local anaesthesia.
What happens during the recovery?
Immediately after the injection, redness, minor swelling or bruising may occur at the injection site. This will usually go away with 2 to 3 days. After treatment, you can return to normal daily activities almost immediately.
