What happens during the procedure?
The mini facelift takes about 2 hours and is performed under local anaesthesia and sedation, i.e. a state of calm and sleepiness. During the procedure, the surgeon removes excess skin first. Then, they lift remaining skin and tissue. Underlying muscles and ligaments are tightened as well. A major benefit of the procedure is minor scarring that heals very fast.
