Most of the procedures that we offer are fully covered by the social health insurance system. However, you can have procedures that do not fall within the scope of treatment that is covered by the social health insurance system. That means you will have to pay the medical bills yourself. See below for the full list of procedures and prices.

Intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD) insertion

  • Non-hormonal IUD (including insertion) without anaesthesia – CZK 1,500

  • Intrauterine system Mirena for 5-6 years (including insertion) – CZK 6,000
  • Intrauterine system Kyleena for 5 years (including insertion)- CZK 6,000

Vaccination against cervical cancer

  • 1 dose of Cervarix vaccine, or Gardasil – CZK 2,500

Combined genetic screening in the first trimester of pregnancy

  • Screening for chromosomal aberrations in the 11th – 14th week (e.g. Down syndrome) – CZK 1,450
